為了促銷尖石鄉的阿力,尖石鄉公所,將於4月30日及5月1日,於新樂村休閒農漁園區(鐵嶺遊憩區)舉辦「新竹縣尖石鄉2011年桂竹筍節Ryax Pgaga Ali活動」,結合尖石鄉的自然環境、溫泉、部落生態、休閒農業等資源,讓桂竹林產業再現生機,並提供北部都會區民眾周休假日出遊的新選擇,活絡尖石鄉的觀光產業。
新竹縣尖石鄉2011年桂竹筍節Ryax Pgaga Ali活動內容多元豐富,現場除了有桂竹筍及農特產品展售外,更有泰雅傳統藝品體驗、泰雅歌舞精彩表演、藝術文化活動、桂竹筍美食料理競賽及繪畫寫生競賽等內容,並邀請部落耆老為活動祈福吟唱以及趣味的剝竹筍體驗等,整場活動結合了泰雅歌舞、部落風情、傳統技藝等多項元素,以親子DIY及參與文化活動方式,呈現出尖石鄉部落族人深厚文化藝術。(

賞螢
內灣村東窩溪,置身美麗星海東窩溪螢火蟲生態區是大家最熟悉的了,整個螢火蟲復育區面積寬廣,只要沿著內灣派出所後面的道路往上走,往東窩溪的路程中爬了一小段階梯,每年四、五月期間,這裡會聚集上萬隻螢火蟲,彷彿置身在「星海」中。這裡以常見的黑翅螢為主,隨著越往山中走去,螢火蟲的數量更多,兩旁都是一閃一閃的的亮光,這裡也會舉辦螢火蟲生態活動,提供給生態保育的常識。

騎龍古道,滿天螢光飛舞沿著騎龍古道途經廢棄新豐二號橋、一號橋後,再往豐鄉國小的路上,這裡的山谷樹林中,在每年四、五月中,也會有螢火蟲聚集,由於地形環境不同,所以和內灣東窩溪的環境相異,這裡的夜晚十分寧靜,不僅可見發光的黑翅螢,也可聽陣陣的昆蟲聲,共同編織出夜之交響曲。

坪古道,點點螢火閃爍除了騎龍古道外,南坪古道也是很熱門的賞螢路線,這裡的螢火蟲相當豐富,可以看到山窗螢,從古道兩旁樹林下的草叢間可以尋找牠們的蹤跡。此外,古道沿途景色原始茂密的林相,是健行踏青的好去處,不過由於坡度較陡,較不適合孩童前往。

可多摩農莊,宛如銀河美景可多摩休閒農莊也是另一個賞螢景點,成千上萬隻蟲火蟲飛舞閃爍其中,十分壯麗,螢區更是會被如同繁星般的閃閃螢光所包圍,形成宛若銀河般的美景。

Hot Cross Buns
- 4 cups plain flour
- 2 x 7g sachets dried yeast
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mixed spice
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups currants
- 40g butter
- 300ml milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Flour paste
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 4 to 5 tablespoons water
- Glaze
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, mixed spice, salt and currants in a large bowl. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add milk. Heat for 1 minute, or until lukewarm. Add warm milk mixture and eggs to currant mixture. Use a flat-bladed knife to mix until dough almost comes together. Use clean hands to finish mixing to form a soft dough.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead for 10 minutes, or until dough is smooth. Place into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm, draught-free place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until dough doubles in size.
- Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Punch dough down to its original size. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide into 12 even portions. Shape each portion into a ball. Place balls onto lined tray, about 1cm apart. Cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm, draught-free place for 30 minutes, or until buns double in size. Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Make flour paste: Mix flour and water together in a small bowl until smooth, adding a little more water if paste is too thick. Spoon into a small snap-lock bag. Snip off 1 corner of bag. Pipe flour paste over tops of buns to form crosses. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until buns are cooked through.
- Make glaze: Place water and sugar into a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Brush warm glaze over warm hot cross buns. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Very easy to make but I agree with everyone else that you do need to add more spice. I put in 3 tsp mixed spice and a tsp of cinnamon and it could have done with a little more. Also I will add a little more fruit next time but other than that, they were great. My Mum has now decided not to buy any at all next year and I can make them....maybe I shouldn't be thanking you after all.

Chilli Chicken Curry
1 onion(chopped)
knob of fresh root ginger(chopped)
2 garlic cloves(chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds
2tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp hot chili powder
227g can chopped tomatoes
350g potatoes
500g chicken breasts
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander
basmati rice boiled with 2 Cinnamon sticks, to serve
1. put the onion, ginger and garlic in a food processor with one tbsp of water until smooth. Fry the cumin seeds in oil for a few seconds. Stir in the onion puree and brown over a medium heat, adding a splash of water if it stars to catch.
2. Sprinkle in the turmeric and Chile, add the tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. Stir in the potatoes and 250ml hot water, then cover and cook for 10mins.
3.Add the chicken and garam masala, and simmer for 15-20 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. Season with salt. Tip into a bowl. scatter ovre coriander and serve with the basmati rice.

1 stalk lemon grass(sliced)
4 lime leaves
400ml can coconut milk
20g coriander leaves
Tai jasmine rice to serve
1. Heat the oil and fry onion for 3-5 mins until soft, stir in three tbs of curry paste and cook for 1minute, stirring all the time. Add the chicken and stir until coated. Add the fish sauce. sugar, lemon grass, lime leaves and coconunt milk and bring slowly to the boil.
2.Reduce the heat and simmer. uncovered. for 15mins or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir the curry a few time while it cook, to stop it sticking and to keep the chicken submerged.
3.Taste the curry and add the little more curry paste and salt if you think it needs . Stir half the coriander leaves into the curry and sprinkle the rest over the top. Serve with Thai jasmine rice.

1.開啟軟體主視窗後.按一下「載入圖片」按鈕,選取你要處理的圖片檔(一次可以選取多張圖檔)。2.在「重設大小」欄位中設定你要縮放的尺寸大小.
3.如要設定圖檔旋轉角度、水平或垂直翻轉,或其他檔案排序、縮放功能的話,可以在「旋轉/翻轉」選單中設定。或者也可到「加入浮水印」選單中勾選「啟動浮水印」然後在方框中輸入你要顯示的文字內容,並調整顏色、字型與位置等細節。
4.最後記得在「設定目的地」選單中設定好轉檔完成後的儲存位置,要開始轉檔的話直接按一下「處理」按鈕即可開始處理。
